Optimization of Chemical Usage in Water Treatment and Processes
Adequate water treatment is essential for the correct and efficient operation of critical equipment such as chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and others. Chemical management is essential towards meeting operational safety and quality standards. Our customers typically have an existing supplier contract that provides chemicals and its onsite applications. Nonetheless, our customers may have ongoing concerns about overdosing, use of unsafe chemicals, excessive chemical costs, scaling, corrosion, piping, and/or equipment metallurgy impact. Furthermore, proper chemical use is essential for being able to re-use or recycle water. We work with our customers as partners to improve the use of chemicals to enhance process conditions, equipment longevity, reduce costs, and improve water use efficiency.

Water chemistry analysis using ICP-OES instrumentation

Heat Recovery Engineering
